Hi !! I am Nitish Rana

I started working as a Mobile App Developer and continued that path for 8 years. I was always fascinated with the product roles and the value they added in the product lifecycle. 

Luckily, I got an opportunity to work as a Business Analyst in the same organisation. It was a critical decision to to make as I had to leave my technical role which was my expertise at that time. I got opposed from my family and close friends who thought otherwise. However, I trusted my decision and switched my role. Perhaps I was too motivated with the product role.

It has been 5 years working in the product role and I am profoundly happy with the decision I made. During these 6 years, I have worked in different roles - Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Product Manager.

I absolutely love the product roles and the value I added to myself and to the products. Product Ownership is however something I am always thrilled about and have enjoyed the most.

And now, I am here, passionate about helping others to find their motivation. I publish my Newsletter weekly, sharing my experiences along with learnings and content.
